THREE TEST GRADING POINTS

1 – Sequence of Movements
The student must perform the sequence of movements to all exercises proficiently. The student cannot seem apprehensive, hesitate, stop, or forget. The movements must also be in the correct order. If these problems occur, more repetitions are required.

2 – Details
The student must include the details of all exercises. This includes the blocks, kicks, punches, stances, ect. All movements must be detailed proficiently, which makes them effective and purposeful.

3 – Power
The student must perform the exercises with power! There must be enough power executed to be effective against a person who is bigger and stronger. The movements and details are northing without power. The higher belts are expected to perform more proficiently than the lower belts.
