Meet Daniel White, a beginner White belt at our school. He began a diet and typical exercise routine 18 months ago to lose weight. Daniel worked extremely hard and lost 150 pounds! However, he wanted a more motivating, challenging, and fun way to exercise. So, he decided to join our Karate, Boxing, and Judo combination program.
